Painful muscle spasm from musculoskeletal disease : shoulder-arm-neck syndrome, periarthritis of shoulderm lumbago spasticity from nervous system disease : cerebrovascular disorder, cervical spondylosis, sequelae after operation, sequelae post trauma, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, spinal vascular disease, other cerebrospinal disease

Adults : 1 tablet 3times a day, after meal
