1. Hypertension : Initial dose is 5mg 1 tablet once a day, maintenance dose is 10~40mg once a day, in a single dose or in two divides dose.
2. cardiac insufficiency : Initial dose is 2.5mg 1 tablet once a day, maintenance dose is 5~20mg once a day, in two divides dose.
