- Decreased risk of nonfatal myocardial infarction and reduced risk of transient ischemic attack in patients with unstable angina due to platelet aggregation inhibition
1.Angina Pectoris : 75 mg to 325 mg once a day
2. transient ischemic Stroke : 75 mg to 325 mg once a day
3. Prevention of Myocardial Infarction : 300 mg once a day
4.Suppression of thrombus
-cerebral infarction patients: 100mg once daily, up to 300mg depending on symptoms
-percutaneous transluminal coronary angiography (PTCA): For initial treatment, several times of the dose is desirable
5. Prevention of coronary thrombosis : 100 mg once a day
